Dammer Diker®

|
The patented Dammer Diker® process is simple but the effect is
dramatic. It greatly improves each plant's access to moisture, nutrients,
temperature, and air.
An inter-row ripper opens up the soil, and a multi-spoke
"spider" implants the tillage reservoirs. The spiders are
mounted on a common shaft in gangs of at least three spiders, with each
spider being timed so that the gang rolls smoothly through the opened
soil, alternately implanting the tillage reservoirs. Since these reservoirs
are implanted below the soil surface, they are easier to harvest over and
last longer than reservoirs formed by any other method.

TILLAGE MASTER
|
|
The Tillage Master is a multi-function
tillage implement that can be altered to function as a Dammer Diker®, a
ripper, a chisel plow, a bed splitter, a lister/mark-out
bar, or a drill master. This unique tool bar design utilizing high-lift,
hydraulic reset shanks gives trouble free inter-row ripping and diking in the most severe rocky conditions. The
Tillage Master is easily converted to a number of tillage chores with the
following options:

Retractable reset shanks can be added for bed splitting.

A cage roller can replace the spiders for rolling beds or field
finishing.
·
Tillage choppers can replace the spiders or rollers can chop and
mulch crop residue into the surface.

FUMIGATOR
|
|
|
|
|
AG Engineering is a leader in the manufacture and development
of fumigation equipment. Our high-lift hydraulic reset shank is perhaps
the best on the market for the application of soil fumigants. This shank
will trip clear of field obstructions and reset itself instantly. This
hassle-free feature is not only a key factor in keeping the machine in
the field but limits the operators exposure to
the chemical. There is no need for the operator to risk exposure while
resetting shanks or replacing shear bolts.
The shanks reach deep into the soil, implanting the chemical where it can
accomplish maximum benefit. In combination with a cultipacker
or field roller, our tillage chopper do an
excellent job of sealing the surface. Properly used, this system
eliminates the need to pull a long disc train behind the injection tool.

STACK MASTER
|
|
A first-of-its-kind self propelled bale hauler
features a telescoping cab that moves off to the side when loading bales,
and then shifts back in front for road transport. The hauler is powered
by a 250hp diesel engine mounted under the 19-foot load deck. The engine
is coupled to a 5-speed Allison transmission that powers all four wheels.
Drive wheels are fitted with super single truck tires.
The rig handles eight 4x4x8 foot, twelve 3x4x8 foot, or 18 mid size bales
and features a front bale squeeze that squeezes the bales then lifts them
onto a formed steel loading table. The loading table raises
vertically to stack bales on top of each other on the load deck, which is
equipped with a rolling rack to keep bales in place as it fills. Top
speed is 45 mph.

BALE FORK
|
|
|
|
|
The Bale Fork is a unit that combines spikes and
grapple hooks to load or unload two 4x4x8 foot bales at a time. The unit quickly
attaches to a number of loaders or a quick attach unit may be purchased
for your loader to use with this fork.

HAY TRAILER
|
|
These B-train trailer units are custom manufactured for
your ton bale hauling and transportation needs. 40 ton bales can be
legally transported in most jurisdictions. Consult a factory
representative for specifications and availability.
